It is our policy to bill patients for out-of-pocket expenses, including deductibles and coinsurance. However, our team can provide assistance and clarification regarding your deductible and coinsurance obligations according to your insurance plan.
Filing A Claim On Your Behalf
We will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf with your signed assignment of benefits. This allows for smoother claim processing. However, it’s important to note that under an assignment of benefits, you remain responsible for ensuring your insurance company pays us the covered amount, and you are also responsible for the account balance.
