Born and raised on Long Island, Dr. Kakoulides has built his approach to care around a close relationship between the patient and surgeon. He earned his medical degree with high honors from Tufts University School of Medicine before completing his neurological surgery residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and fellowship training in complex spine surgery.
